Do you offer lead magnet features?
Yes, with Cloudbrand you can collect emails and give access to $0 products. Users who sign up are stored directly in your Stripe account as free customers (no payment method required). You can export these leads for marketing emails or other automations. Lead magnets require an active Stripe account.
Which currencies can I charge in?
You can charge in any currency Stripe supports. Create products in different currencies based on your market needs. Reporting will display in your workspace’s primary currency, but you can sell in multiple currencies simultaneously.
Can I use Cloudbrand payments outside Stripe-supported countries?
Currently, Cloudbrand payments work only in Stripe-supported regions. We plan to add PayPal, Razorpay, and Paystack as we grow.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, Pro and Business plans allow custom domains (e.g., files.yourbusiness.com) and send email notifications from your domain instead of cloudbrand.io. Free plans include a Cloudbrand subdomain (e.g., your-name.cloudbrand.io).
Only one custom domain is allowed per workspace.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
If you reach your storage limit, you’ll need to either delete old files or upgrade your plan. We won’t suspend your account or delete your files. For consistent overages, we’ll contact you about a better-suited plan. We never charge unexpectedly for overages.
