How is Cloudbrand different from Dropbox?
Unlike Dropbox, Cloudbrand is fully white-label, meaning your clients interact with your brand, not Cloudbrand. It also doesn’t require recipients to create accounts to download files.
Can I use Cloudbrand as a Brandfolder alternative?
Yes! Cloudbrand combines cloud storage and digital asset management, making it a great alternative to Brandfolder for small agencies.
How do your brand portal features work?

Can I use my own domain?
Yes, Pro and Business plans allow you to use a custom domain. Free plans include a Cloudbrand subdomain (e.g., agency-name.cloudbrand.io).
Do my recipients need to sign up?
No, people you send files to can download them without logging in. Unlike WeTransfer or Dropbox, where recipients often need to create an account to save files, with Cloudbrand you can invite your recipients to join your own cloud storage portal, not Cloudbrand’s. When you share files, you choose whether you want recipients to have an account or not. If you share files publicly, anyone with the link can see and download them. If you share with invited clients, only those clients can log in to see and download the files.
Can I use Cloudbrand for personal use?
No, Cloudbrand is not designed for personal storage and sharing. It’s built specifically for business use, with a focus on digital agencies and small teams who need white-label file sharing and brand asset management.
How much cloud storage do I need?
It depends on your specific needs. Our Basic plan includes 3 TB, our Pro plan has 9 TB, and the Plus plan gives you 12 TB. The amount of files this can hold varies based on file types and sizes.
How do I add (and remove) team members?
You can easily add your team members, freelancers, and collaborators to your Cloudbrand workspace. You don’t have to worry about paying per user – all Cloudbrand plans come with a set number of team members at no extra cost. With role management, you can decide who in your team can upload files and folders, access files, clients, and other settings.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all credit cards from major networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
In which currency am I billed?
You’ll be billed in USD.
Why don’t you offer monthly pricing?
We believe in keeping things simple. Instead of adding another monthly subscription to your list, we offer straightforward yearly pricing that’s affordable and easy to budget. One annual payment means no monthly renewals to worry about.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
Cloudbrand Free, Basic, and Pro plans have storage limits. Cloudbrand Plus comes with unlimited storage (fair usage applies). If you’re on Free, Basic, or Pro and hit your limit, you’ll need to free up some space by deleting old transfers or upgrade to the Plus plan. Until then, you won’t be able to send or receive new transfers.
What size files can I transfer?
You can transfer files up to 200 GB in one transfer. Contact us if you want to increase your transfer limit.
What is a file sharing service?
A file sharing service lets users share files with others online. It uses cloud storage to host files and lets users share many files of any size at once. Cloudbrand is a file sharing service made especially for digital agencies to easily store and share files with their clients.
Can I trust Cloudbrand? How safe is it?
Yes, you can trust us. While Cloudbrand is built with agency collaboration in mind, we take the security and safety of your files seriously. That’s why we built Cloudbrand on top of military-grade technologies provided by Cloudflare.
